三、享受人(ren)群
創新(xin)人(ren)才是事業單位(wei)高層次人(ren)才隊伍的重(zhong)要組(zu)成部分(fen),主要是指事業單位(wei)聘用(yong)在(zai)專業技術崗位(wei)上從事科(ke)技創新(xin)或科(ke)技成果(guo)轉化工(gong)作的科(ke)研人(ren)員。創新(xin)人(ren)才由(you)事業單位(wei)根據推(tui)動知識(shi)和科(ke)技創新(xin)需要,自主確定。
四、申辦程序和所需材料
人力資源(yuan)社會(hui)保障部(bu)門(men)對創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)薪(xin)酬激勵措施不作審批。經主(zhu)管部(bu)門(men)同意,事業單位可(ke)(ke)自主(zhu)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)協(xie)商確定(ding)協(xie)議工資、年薪(xin)、項目工資水平(ping);可(ke)(ke)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)協(xie)議明(ming)確配股、分紅及分配辦法;可(ke)(ke)自行(xing)確定(ding)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)突出貢(gong)獻(xian)獎獎勵額度;可(ke)(ke)自主(zhu)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)人才(cai)協(xie)商確定(ding)離崗創(chuang)(chuang)業期間的基本待遇。
