為深入學(xue)習(xi)貫徹(che)落實黨(dang)的十九大精(jing)神,根據學(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)委要求(qiu),鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工(gong)程系(xi)持(chi)續推動“大學(xue)習(xi)、大調研、大改進(jin)”,4月(yue)到(dao)6月(yue)期間,組織教師分別赴青島鴻普電(dian)氣科技有(you)限公(gong)司(si)(si)、青島地鐵有(you)限公(gong)司(si)(si)、青島鼎佳電(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)(si)、積成電(dian)子(zi)有(you)限公(gong)司(si)(si)進(jin)行(xing)調研,深入了解企(qi)業人才(cai)培養需求(qiu)及學(xue)生就業與頂崗實習(xi)情況。

帶著問(wen)題(ti)(ti)學習(xi),針對(dui)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)調(diao)研(yan),聚集問(wen)題(ti)(ti)整改,是“大(da)學習(xi)、大(da)調(diao)研(yan)、大(da)改進(jin)(jin)”的核心要義。鐵道供電與電氣工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)系(xi)在組織教(jiao)師赴企業調(diao)研(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,始(shi)終堅持(chi)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)導向(xiang)原則,堅持(chi)求真務實,深(shen)入(ru)基層面(mian)(mian)對(dui)面(mian)(mian)聽取企業員工(gong)(gong)(gong)、畢(bi)業學生(sheng)意見建(jian)議(yi),深(shen)入(ru)了(le)解(jie)企業及學生(sheng)的教(jiao)育(yu)需求,堅決(jue)杜絕漫(man)無目的、走(zou)馬(ma)觀花、浮光掠(lve)影式調(diao)研(yan),防止搞形式、走(zou)過(guo)場。對(dui)調(diao)研(yan)中發現的問(wen)題(ti)(ti),該(gai)系(xi)召開教(jiao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作會議(yi),直面(mian)(mian)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),全面(mian)(mian)探討,明確改進(jin)(jin)路徑(jing)和(he)解(jie)決(jue)方(fang)法。下一(yi)(yi)步,該(gai)系(xi)將(jiang)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)步加強領導,健全機制(zhi),強化督導,深(shen)入(ru)推進(jin)(jin)“大(da)學習(xi)、大(da)調(diao)研(yan)、大(da)改進(jin)(jin)”,確保把(ba)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作落實落細,完善(shan)修訂人才(cai)培養方(fang)案,全面(mian)(mian)提(ti)升教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學質量(liang),為培養優質人才(cai)、助力新舊動能轉換重大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、書寫“奮進(jin)(jin)之筆”貢獻(xian)積(ji)極力量(liang)。
