12月2日,鐵道機車(che)與(yu)機電裝備系舉辦(ban)“強化(hua)日常教學規范”講座,邀請鐵道機車(che)專(zhuan)業李(li)立教授主講,全系教職工參加講座。
李教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授結合(he)(he)自己先后作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)專(zhuan)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)務處長(chang)、督(du)(du)導處長(chang)等(deng)(deng)(deng)三十(shi)多(duo)年(nian)(nian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)經歷,在(zai)如何(he)研究人才(cai)培養規律、調動教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)的積極性,如何(he)規范的制(zhi)定授課(ke)(ke)計劃及書寫教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)案,如何(he)合(he)(he)理(li)有效的組織課(ke)(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue),如何(he)開(kai)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)研究、技術服務等(deng)(deng)(deng)方面,深(shen)入淺(qian)出的進(jin)行講解和分析,為(wei)全系(xi)(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)尤其是(shi)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi),既提出規范性要(yao)求,還指(zhi)明(ming)以(yi)后工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)需要(yao)改進(jin)和努力(li)的方向。全系(xi)(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工(gong)深(shen)感受益(yi)匪淺(qian),表示(shi)在(zai)今后的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中會(hui)更加(jia)(jia)嚴謹規范,切實提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量。近年(nian)(nian)來,鐵道機車(che)與(yu)機電裝備系(xi)(xi)通過組織青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)試講、老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)開(kai)設公開(kai)課(ke)(ke)、全系(xi)(xi)督(du)(du)導加(jia)(jia)強聽(ting)課(ke)(ke)等(deng)(deng)(deng)多(duo)種措(cuo)施(shi),在(zai)常(chang)規教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科研等(deng)(deng)(deng)方面加(jia)(jia)強指(zhi)導和監督(du)(du),幫助青(qing)(qing)年(nian)(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)快速成(cheng)長(chang)為(wei)專(zhuan)業骨干力(li)量。
