5月(yue)12日,黨委(wei)書記高磊在圖書行政樓第一(yi)會(hui)議室主持召開(kai)了黨委(wei)理論學習中心組(擴大)2021年5月(yue)份第一(yi)次集體學習會(hui)。
會議(yi)學習了《中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)統一戰線工(gong)作條例》第(di)一章(zhang)、第(di)二(er)章(zhang),習近(jin)平《論(lun)中(zhong)國(guo)共產黨(dang)歷史(shi)(shi)》中(zhong)的“正確認(ren)識改革(ge)開放(fang)前和改革(ge)開放(fang)后兩個歷史(shi)(shi)時期”“知史(shi)(shi)愛黨(dang),知史(shi)(shi)愛國(guo)”和“學習黨(dang)史(shi)(shi)、國(guo)史(shi)(shi)是堅持和發展中(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)社會主義的必修(xiu)課”。

高(gao)磊指出,黨的(de)(de)十八大以來,習(xi)(xi)近平總書(shu)記高(gao)度重視黨史(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)習(xi)(xi),圍(wei)繞中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產黨歷史(shi)發表(biao)了系列重要(yao)論(lun)述(shu),集中(zhong)(zhong)體(ti)現(xian)(xian)在習(xi)(xi)近平《論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產黨歷史(shi)》一(yi)書(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)。這些重要(yao)論(lun)述(shu),體(ti)現(xian)(xian)著我們黨對自身歷史(shi)的(de)(de)一(yi)貫(guan)立(li)場和態度,體(ti)現(xian)(xian)了我們黨對學(xue)習(xi)(xi)運用(yong)(yong)黨的(de)(de)歷史(shi)重要(yao)性(xing)和必要(yao)性(xing)的(de)(de)深(shen)刻認(ren)識,是習(xi)(xi)近平新時代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社(she)會主(zhu)義思想的(de)(de)重要(yao)組成部分。全校領導干部和廣大黨員必須用(yong)(yong)腦用(yong)(yong)心用(yong)(yong)情(qing)學(xue)習(xi)(xi),真(zhen)正(zheng)學(xue)深(shen)學(xue)細(xi)學(xue)精,在工作實踐中(zhong)(zhong)抓好貫(guan)徹(che)落實。
高磊強調,學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)習(xi)近平《論中(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨(dang)歷史(shi)》,關鍵(jian)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)理(li)論聯(lian)系實(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue),切實(shi)用(yong)總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)論述指導(dao)實(shi)踐推動(dong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)堅(jian)持走(zou)(zou)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)路(lu)。總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)說(shuo):“三十多年(nian)來,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)能夠創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造出人(ren)(ren)類歷史(shi)上前(qian)無(wu)古人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展成(cheng)就,走(zou)(zou)出了正(zheng)確道路(lu)是(shi)根(gen)本原因”。就學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)而(er)言(yan),我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)積極探索類型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育背景下職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育人(ren)(ren)才培養規律,在省內率先(xian)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)完全學(xue)(xue)(xue)分制(zhi)改(gai)革(ge)、率先(xian)推行“書院(yuan)制(zhi)”學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理(li)模式改(gai)革(ge)、面(mian)向行業(ye)產業(ye)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)“以群建(jian)院(yuan)”等,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)培養學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)不僅懂技術,還要(yao)(yao)會生(sheng)活,更(geng)要(yao)(yao)有品位,這些(xie)都是(shi)我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)研透國家政策文件結合(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)際而(er)謀定的(de)(de)(de)(de),這些(xie)改(gai)革(ge)和(he)(he)提法(fa)領先(xian)于省內其(qi)他高校(xiao),并取(qu)得(de)(de)了初步成(cheng)效,推動(dong)了學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實(shi)現更(geng)高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展。二是(shi)順應世界(jie)大勢。“世界(jie)潮(chao)流,浩浩蕩蕩,順之(zhi)(zhi)則(ze)昌,逆之(zhi)(zhi)則(ze)亡”。我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)順應大勢,緊抓(zhua)獨立學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)轉(zhuan)設的(de)(de)(de)(de)機(ji)遇,積極推進轉(zhuan)設升(sheng)本工(gong)作,籌建(jian)山(shan)東(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術大學(xue)(xue)(xue)。目前(qian)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高地(di)建(jian)設已成(cheng)為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)(fa)展大勢,我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)必(bi)須因勢利(li)導(dao)、順勢而(er)為(wei),在時代前(qian)進潮(chao)流中(zhong)(zhong)把握主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong),贏得(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展。三是(shi)代表最(zui)(zui)廣大人(ren)(ren)民根(gen)本利(li)益(yi)。總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)說(shuo):“我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)黨(dang)之(zhi)(zhi)所以得(de)(de)到人(ren)(ren)民擁護(hu)和(he)(he)支持,就是(shi)因為(wei)能始終代表中(zhong)(zhong)國最(zui)(zui)廣大人(ren)(ren)民根(gen)本利(li)益(yi)”。就學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)而(er)言(yan),我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)堅(jian)持“以教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)體、以學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念,不斷(duan)改(gai)善辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)條件,提升(sheng)師(shi)生(sheng)幸(xing)福指數(shu)。引導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)把個人(ren)(ren)發(fa)(fa)展與學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)(fa)展相(xiang)結合(he),小我(wo)融(rong)入(ru)大我(wo),在融(rong)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)發(fa)(fa)展大局中(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)現更(geng)好發(fa)(fa)展。四是(shi)加(jia)強黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)身建(jian)設。黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國革(ge)命取(qu)得(de)(de)勝(sheng)利(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)三大法(fa)寶(bao)之(zhi)(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)要(yao)(yao)想(xiang)實(shi)現高質(zhi)量發(fa)(fa)展,必(bi)須做(zuo)強內功,練好“鐵布衫”,進一(yi)(yi)步加(jia)強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍(wu)、管(guan)理(li)隊(dui)伍(wu)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設,不斷(duan)提升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)能力、科(ke)研能力,不斷(duan)提升(sheng)服務管(guan)理(li)水平。五是(shi)堅(jian)定中(zhong)(zhong)國特色(se)社(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)義自(zi)信。“自(zi)信人(ren)(ren)生(sheng)二百(bai)年(nian),會當水擊三千里”。對我(wo)們(men)(men)(men)(men)而(er)言(yan),目前(qian)正(zheng)處于爬(pa)坡過(guo)坎(kan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關鍵(jian)時期,只(zhi)有全校(xiao)師(shi)生(sheng)擰(ning)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)股繩、凝聚一(yi)(yi)條心(xin),堅(jian)定打(da)造“打(da)造中(zhong)(zhong)國最(zui)(zui)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育”“創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)國職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高等教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)(de)‘山(shan)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)’樣本”的(de)(de)(de)(de)信心(xin),勇(yong)往直前(qian)、奮勇(yong)拼(pin)搏(bo),才能不斷(duan)開(kai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新局。
高磊指出,思政課要加強理(li)想信念教(jiao)(jiao)育,在(zai)學(xue)生中加強四史特別是(shi)黨史教(jiao)(jiao)育,堅(jian)持(chi)用社會主義(yi)核心價值觀引領知識傳授,引導(dao)學(xue)生牢固樹立“四個(ge)意識”,堅(jian)定“四個(ge)自(zi)信”,立志肩(jian)負起民族復興的時代重任。思政課教(jiao)(jiao)師要不斷拓寬歷史視野,加強“四史”的理(li)論研究,充分(fen)挖掘歷史資源,不斷提升教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的歷史深度,通過生動、深入、具(ju)體(ti)的縱橫比較,把一些道理(li)講明白、講清楚。
高(gao)磊(lei)強(qiang)調,《中國共產黨(dang)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)條例》的(de)(de)修訂和實施,是(shi)新時(shi)代加強(qiang)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)線(xian)制度(du)體系建(jian)設的(de)(de)重要舉措,為“十四五”期(qi)(qi)間乃至未來(lai)更長(chang)時(shi)期(qi)(qi)黨(dang)的(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)線(xian)事業注入了強(qiang)大(da)動力,具(ju)有深刻意義。我們必須(xu)要以(yi)高(gao)度(du)的(de)(de)政(zheng)治責任感和歷史使命感,加強(qiang)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)謀劃部署。各級黨(dang)組(zu)織要認真組(zu)織學習(xi)《條例》,把握和落實統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)新要求。不斷創新統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方式方法,把廣大(da)統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)成員緊緊團結在(zai)黨(dang)的(de)(de)周(zhou)圍,引導他們立(li)足本職建(jian)功立(li)業。為譜寫學校高(gao)質量發展(zhan)新篇(pian)章貢獻統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)力量。
