近日,由省總工會和省教育廳指導,山東省職業技術教育學會、《山東工人報》社聯合主辦的以“弘揚工匠精神、提升職業素養”為主題的全省首屆“工匠精神進校園”宣傳推介活動近日落下帷幕。我院等47個院校被授予“山東省培育工匠精神優秀院校”榮譽稱號。
“工(gong)匠精(jing)神進(jin)校園”宣傳推介活動于去年6月份啟動。2017年12月27日,活動組(zu)委會組(zu)織國(guo)網山(shan)東(dong)檢修公(gong)司變(bian)電檢修中心電氣試驗班班長馮新巖、山(shan)東(dong)小鴨精(jing)工(gong)機械有限公(gong)司鉗(qian)工(gong)段長趙炳(bing)曉等(deng)兩位首屆(jie)“齊(qi)魯工(gong)匠”獲(huo)得者走進(jin)我院(yuan)(yuan),舉辦“優秀(xiu)工(gong)匠走進(jin)山(shan)職”報告會,與學院(yuan)(yuan)學生面對面交流。
省總(zong)工(gong)(gong)會(hui)副主席王(wang)星(xing)海對“工(gong)(gong)匠精神進(jin)校園(yuan)”活(huo)動予以高(gao)度評(ping)價(jia)(jia)。他(ta)說,培育工(gong)(gong)匠精神,是(shi)回(hui)應民眾需求、推進(jin)供給側改(gai)革、實現(xian)(xian)“中(zhong)國制(zhi)(zhi)造”向(xiang)“優質(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)造”升(sheng)級的(de)必然(ran)選擇(ze),是(shi)“雙創”時代激發人的(de)創造力的(de)核心,是(shi)職工(gong)(gong)群眾實現(xian)(xian)自身價(jia)(jia)值和人生(sheng)夢想的(de)基礎。工(gong)(gong)匠精神是(shi)工(gong)(gong)匠的(de)特質(zhi),但并不為(wei)工(gong)(gong)匠所獨有。通過開(kai)展“工(gong)(gong)匠精神進(jin)校園(yuan)”活(huo)動,將(jiang)“工(gong)(gong)匠精神”滲(shen)透到教書育人活(huo)動中(zhong),可以提高(gao)全省職業教育水平,為(wei)加(jia)快山東(dong)經(jing)濟文(wen)化強省建(jian)設,在全面建(jian)成小康社(she)會(hui)進(jin)程(cheng)中(zhong)“走在前(qian)面”,為(wei)實現(xian)(xian)中(zhong)國夢做出應有的(de)貢獻。
山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術教育學(xue)會常務副會長(chang)尚志平表示(shi),培(pei)育和弘揚工匠(jiang)精(jing)神(shen),對于辦好中國(guo)特色現代職(zhi)業(ye)教育,建(jian)設(she)人(ren)才科技(ji)強國(guo)具(ju)有(you)特殊而重要的意(yi)義。希望山(shan)東(dong)(dong)職(zhi)業(ye)學(xue)院(yuan)深(shen)入(ru)落實立德樹人(ren)根本任務,大力培(pei)育和弘揚工匠(jiang)精(jing)神(shen),推(tui)動專業(ye)技(ji)能教育和職(zhi)業(ye)精(jing)神(shen)教育高度融(rong)合,全面提升(sheng)人(ren)才培(pei)養質(zhi)量和水平,展(zhan)示(shi)國(guo)家(jia)骨干高職(zhi)院(yuan)校和山(shan)東(dong)(dong)省優質(zhi)高職(zhi)院(yuan)校的責任與擔當。

全(quan)(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)首屆“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)進校園”宣傳(chuan)推(tui)(tui)介(jie)活動雖(sui)已(yi)落下帷幕,但“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)”這個(ge)熱(re)詞仍然牽動著廣大(da)職業(ye)院(yuan)校領導、學生的心。山(shan)東(dong)職業(ye)學院(yuan)院(yuan)長秦河表示,黨(dang)的十九大(da)報告(gao)明確指出,要(yao)建設知識型(xing)、技能型(xing)、創新(xin)型(xing)勞(lao)動者大(da)軍,弘(hong)揚(yang)勞(lao)模精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen),營造(zao)勞(lao)動光榮的社會風(feng)尚和精(jing)(jing)(jing)益求精(jing)(jing)(jing)的敬(jing)業(ye)風(feng)氣。發展(zhan)職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu),弘(hong)揚(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen),推(tui)(tui)動產教(jiao)融(rong)合、校企合作,山(shan)東(dong)職業(ye)學院(yuan)責(ze)無旁(pang)貸。欣聞學院(yuan)被評為“山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)培育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)優秀院(yuan)校”,山(shan)東(dong)職業(ye)學院(yuan)師(shi)生深受鼓舞,紛紛表示在當(dang)前我省(sheng)(sheng)全(quan)(quan)面開展(zhan)新(xin)舊動能轉(zhuan)換重(zhong)大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的熱(re)潮中,全(quan)(quan)院(yuan)師(shi)生將立足自(zi)身崗位,大(da)力(li)弘(hong)揚(yang)勞(lao)模精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠(jiang)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen)和創新(xin)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神(shen),搶(qiang)抓機遇、乘(cheng)勢而上,積極為推(tui)(tui)動實施新(xin)舊動能轉(zhuan)換重(zhong)大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)和學院(yuan)的發展(zhan)貢獻智慧(hui)和力(li)量。
