為推動就業(ye)(ye)與(yu)培養有機聯動、人(ren)(ren)(ren)才供需(xu)有效對接(jie),幫(bang)助用人(ren)(ren)(ren)單位培養和招(zhao)聘更(geng)多(duo)實用型(xing)、復合型(xing)和緊缺型(xing)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才,促進(jin)高校畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)更(geng)加充分更(geng)高質量就業(ye)(ye),教育部(bu)今年首次實施(shi)供需(xu)對接(jie)就業(ye)(ye)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)項目(mu)。近日,教育部(bu)公布2021年供需(xu)對接(jie)就業(ye)(ye)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)項目(mu)申報指(zhi)南,面(mian)向全國高校開放申請(qing)。
該項目(mu)為有意愿與(yu)高校(xiao)開展人(ren)(ren)才(cai)供需對接和就業育人(ren)(ren)合(he)(he)作的用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位提(ti)(ti)供平臺,用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位結合(he)(he)國家(jia)戰略和實(shi)際需要(yao)提(ti)(ti)出項目(mu)指南,提(ti)(ti)供項目(mu)資源支(zhi)持,通過與(yu)高校(xiao)合(he)(he)作加快急需緊缺人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養,優化自(zi)身人(ren)(ren)力(li)資源配置。
供需(xu)對接(jie)就業(ye)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)項(xiang)目分(fen)為定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養培(pei)(pei)訓、就業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)基(ji)(ji)地(di)(di)建(jian)設、人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)提(ti)升三類。定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養培(pei)(pei)訓項(xiang)目由用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)與高(gao)(gao)校協同制(zhi)定(ding)(ding)培(pei)(pei)養方(fang)案,實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施長期(qi)系統定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)培(pei)(pei)養(1學年及(ji)以上)或短期(qi)就業(ye)能(neng)力培(pei)(pei)訓(1學期(qi)或數周),為用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)輸送急(ji)需(xu)緊缺(que)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)。就業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)基(ji)(ji)地(di)(di)建(jian)設項(xiang)目由高(gao)(gao)校與用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)共(gong)建(jian)就業(ye)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)基(ji)(ji)地(di)(di),為高(gao)(gao)校畢(bi)業(ye)生提(ti)供實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei),幫助畢(bi)業(ye)生通(tong)過實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習(xi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現就業(ye)。人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資(zi)源(yuan)提(ti)升項(xiang)目由高(gao)(gao)校和用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)建(jian)立(li)定(ding)(ding)向(xiang)合(he)作關系,共(gong)建(jian)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工作站或專門人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)基(ji)(ji)地(di)(di),建(jian)立(li)緊密的人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)供需(xu)對接(jie)關系。
2021年(nian)供需(xu)(xu)(xu)對接就業(ye)育(yu)人(ren)項(xiang)目指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)南(nan)征集工作(zuo)于今年(nian)8月啟(qi)動,共有347家用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位提(ti)交(jiao)項(xiang)目指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)南(nan)。經過(guo)全(quan)國普通高校(xiao)畢業(ye)生(sheng)就業(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)委員會專家組審核,最終(zhong)281家用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)(dan)位申報的2804個項(xiang)目指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)南(nan)審核通過(guo)。在公(gong)布項(xiang)目指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)南(nan)的單(dan)(dan)位中(zhong),央企(qi)、世界(jie)500強(qiang)和中(zhong)國500強(qiang)等(deng)頭部企(qi)業(ye)75家,其中(zhong)中(zhong)國銀行、中(zhong)國移(yi)動等(deng)整合(he)各地(di)分公(gong)司人(ren)才(cai)需(xu)(xu)(xu)求集中(zhong)申報,騰訊、字(zi)節跳動等(deng)聯合(he)多家生(sheng)態鏈(lian)企(qi)業(ye)組團申報。從行業(ye)領域看,裝備制造、信(xin)息(xi)通訊與(yu)互(hu)聯網(wang)、商(shang)貿(mao)服務與(yu)生(sheng)活消費、建筑地(di)產等(deng)行業(ye)申報數(shu)量較(jiao)多,反映相關領域人(ren)才(cai)需(xu)(xu)(xu)求旺盛(sheng)。從專業(ye)需(xu)(xu)(xu)求看,計算(suan)機(ji)科學與(yu)技(ji)術、軟(ruan)件工程、大數(shu)據(ju)分析與(yu)應用(yong)(yong)、人(ren)工智能、市場(chang)營銷、工商(shang)管理、電子商(shang)務等(deng)專業(ye)合(he)作(zuo)需(xu)(xu)(xu)求較(jiao)大。
目(mu)(mu)前(qian),教育(yu)部(bu)已搭建供需(xu)對(dui)接就業(ye)育(yu)人(ren)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)網(wang)絡對(dui)接平(ping)臺(tai),正在組(zu)織高校(xiao)與用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)開展(zhan)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)對(dui)接。教育(yu)部(bu)要求(qiu),高校(xiao)要主動對(dui)接項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)需(xu)求(qiu),為項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實施提供條件支持,配備(bei)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)理人(ren)員,組(zu)織畢業(ye)生積極參與合作單(dan)位(wei)舉辦的(de)線上線下雙選會,推動項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)實施取得實效。
