3月14日,我(wo)校(xiao)舉行2020年(nian)度副處級干(gan)(gan)部(bu)述職(zhi)(zhi)述廉述黨建(jian)工(gong)作會(hui)議。校(xiao)領導,副高及以(yi)上(shang)專業技術職(zhi)(zhi)務人員,正科(ke)級及以(yi)上(shang)領導干(gan)(gan)部(bu)參加會(hui)議。會(hui)議由(you)副院長祝瑞花主持(chi)。

會上,36位副處級干(gan)部根據要(yao)求(qiu),就2020年抓黨建(jian)和年度工(gong)作完成情況(kuang)、存在的不足及下一步(bu)工(gong)作打算(suan)等方面進行了總結匯報。






黨(dang)(dang)委書記高(gao)磊對述職(zhi)(zhi)情況進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了(le)集體點評,他指(zhi)出,2020年,我(wo)們的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)有(you)三(san)點收獲,一(yi)是(shi)面對嚴峻的(de)(de)(de)(de)疫(yi)情防控形勢,在確保師生身心(xin)(xin)健康的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia)(xia),圓滿完成(cheng)了(le)各項教育教學(xue)任務;二是(shi)學(xue)校(xiao)綜合改(gai)革起步成(cheng)勢,各項事業(ye)(ye)取(qu)得了(le)長足發展;三(san)是(shi)全(quan)校(xiao)師生進(jin)一(yi)步統(tong)一(yi)了(le)思想,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)認識,凝聚了(le)共(gong)識,鼓舞了(le)干勁。同(tong)(tong)時,也(ye)對副(fu)處級干部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)述職(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)出了(le)存在的(de)(de)(de)(de)四(si)點共(gong)性問(wen)題(ti),一(yi)是(shi)講業(ye)(ye)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)多,抓(zhua)黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)少(shao),對抓(zhua)黨(dang)(dang)建的(de)(de)(de)(de)認識不(bu)(bu)足、方法不(bu)(bu)多。副(fu)處級干部(bu)(bu)(bu)應牢牢樹(shu)立“抓(zhua)好黨(dang)(dang)建是(shi)最(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)政績”的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念,結合省(sheng)廳(ting)剛(gang)剛(gang)召開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)全(quan)面從嚴治黨(dang)(dang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)會(hui)議精神和(he)省(sheng)廳(ting)巡察(cha)整改(gai)要(yao)求,深入(ru)思考下(xia)(xia)一(yi)步黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)思路(lu)及舉措(cuo),確保把(ba)黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)抓(zhua)實(shi)抓(zhua)細,實(shi)現新突破。二是(shi)定(ding)位不(bu)(bu)清晰。述職(zhi)(zhi)中有(you)些同(tong)(tong)志過度凸顯個(ge)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),有(you)些同(tong)(tong)志把(ba)其他部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)或全(quan)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)成(cheng)績當(dang)成(cheng)自己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)成(cheng)效。副(fu)處級干部(bu)(bu)(bu)是(shi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)負責(ze)(ze)人(ren)(ren),述職(zhi)(zhi)應該以(yi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)職(zhi)(zhi)責(ze)(ze)為依(yi)據(ju),具體闡(chan)述是(shi)如何帶領部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)人(ren)(ren)員攻(gong)堅(jian)克難、開(kai)拓進(jin)取(qu)、履職(zhi)(zhi)盡責(ze)(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。三(san)是(shi)對問(wen)題(ti)查(cha)擺不(bu)(bu)夠,原因(yin)剖析不(bu)(bu)深。要(yao)多從部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)人(ren)(ren)員政治擔當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使命(ming)、干事創業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)立場、全(quan)心(xin)(xin)全(quan)意(yi)為師生服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度、融入(ru)學(xue)校(xiao)發展大(da)局(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意(yi)識等方面查(cha)擺問(wen)題(ti),深入(ru)分析存在問(wen)題(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)原因(yin)。四(si)是(shi)大(da)局(ju)(ju)意(yi)識欠缺,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)打算不(bu)(bu)細致(zhi)。要(yao)突出圍(wei)繞(rao)中心(xin)(xin)、服務大(da)局(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)思維,未來(lai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)緊緊圍(wei)繞(rao)國家(jia)、省(sheng)“十四(si)五”規(gui)劃(hua)、省(sheng)廳(ting)中心(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)和(he)學(xue)校(xiao)發展大(da)局(ju)(ju)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)謀劃(hua),從講政治的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)度去思考落實(shi)路(lu)徑(jing)和(he)具體舉措(cuo)。
