為(wei)深入(ru)學(xue)習貫徹落(luo)實黨的十(shi)九大精神,根據學(xue)院黨委要(yao)求,鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工程(cheng)系持續(xu)推動“大學(xue)習、大調(diao)研、大改進”,4月(yue)到6月(yue)期間,組織教師分別赴青島(dao)鴻普電(dian)氣科技(ji)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、青島(dao)地鐵有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、青島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)子(zi)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、積成電(dian)子(zi)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)進行(xing)調(diao)研,深入(ru)了解企業人才培養需(xu)求及學(xue)生(sheng)就業與頂(ding)崗(gang)實習情況。
在(zai)(zai)青(qing)島鴻普電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)科技有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),系副主任張偉(wei)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術(shu)教(jiao)研室(shi)主任劉勇與該公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)簽訂校企合作協議和(he)校外(wai)實習(xi)基地(di)協議,并與往屆畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)進行(xing)深入交(jiao)流(liu),了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)院專業(ye)(ye)課程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)、人(ren)才(cai)培養方案及(ji)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)工(gong)作等(deng)方面建議。在(zai)(zai)青(qing)島地(di)鐵(tie)有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),鐵(tie)道供電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師崔景萍通(tong)過(guo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、培訓科人(ren)員座談,走訪車輛段等(deng)方式,了解畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)和(he)實習(xi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)適應工(gong)作過(guo)程(cheng)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),掌(zhang)握(wo)本專業(ye)(ye)課程(cheng)設(she)置(zhi)、實訓實習(xi)等(deng)方面優點(dian)及(ji)不足。在(zai)(zai)青(qing)島鼎佳電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師鮑(bao)建、劉凌通(tong)過(guo)實地(di)參觀、調研,了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企業(ye)(ye)的(de)工(gong)作情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)、企業(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)的(de)要求以(yi)及(ji)企業(ye)(ye)對(dui)高職教(jiao)育自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化(hua)技術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)作的(de)意見(jian)和(he)建議。在(zai)(zai)積成電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)有(you)(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si),系就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)辦主任曾慶磊、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)信(xin)息技術(shu)專業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師江軍對(dui)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)頂崗實習(xi)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)企業(ye)(ye)完成畢業(ye)(ye)設(she)計情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)進行(xing)調研,全(quan)面掌(zhang)握(wo)企業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)培養情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作及(ji)頂崗實習(xi)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。
帶著問(wen)(wen)題(ti)學(xue)(xue)習,針對(dui)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan),聚集問(wen)(wen)題(ti)整改(gai)(gai),是“大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習、大(da)(da)(da)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)、大(da)(da)(da)改(gai)(gai)進”的(de)(de)核(he)心(xin)要義。鐵道供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工程系(xi)在組織教(jiao)師(shi)赴(fu)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)過程中,始終堅持(chi)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)導向(xiang)原則,堅持(chi)求真(zhen)務實,深入(ru)基層面(mian)(mian)對(dui)面(mian)(mian)聽取企(qi)(qi)(qi)業員工、畢(bi)業學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)意見建(jian)議(yi),深入(ru)了解企(qi)(qi)(qi)業及學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育需求,堅決(jue)(jue)杜絕漫無目(mu)的(de)(de)、走馬觀花、浮(fu)光掠影(ying)式調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan),防止搞形式、走過場。對(dui)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)中發現的(de)(de)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),該(gai)系(xi)召開教(jiao)職工工作會議(yi),直面(mian)(mian)問(wen)(wen)題(ti),全(quan)面(mian)(mian)探討,明確改(gai)(gai)進路徑和解決(jue)(jue)方(fang)法。下一步,該(gai)系(xi)將進一步加強(qiang)領導,健(jian)全(quan)機制,強(qiang)化督導,深入(ru)推(tui)進“大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)習、大(da)(da)(da)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan)(yan)、大(da)(da)(da)改(gai)(gai)進”,確保把各(ge)項工作落實落細,完善修訂人(ren)才培養方(fang)案,全(quan)面(mian)(mian)提(ti)升教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質(zhi)量,為培養優質(zhi)人(ren)才、助(zhu)力新(xin)舊動能轉換(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)工程、書寫“奮進之(zhi)筆”貢(gong)獻積極力量。
