為了(le)增強師(shi)生心理健康(kang)意識(shi),普及宣傳心理健康(kang)知識(shi),我院在第十五屆心理健康(kang)節(jie)期(qi)間(jian)舉辦(ban)了(le)優(you)秀心理健康(kang)教育主題班(ban)(ban)會(hui)評選(xuan)活動,17個班(ban)(ban)會(hui)活動獲(huo)評一二三等獎。
此次評選活動自(zi)(zi)(zi)開(kai)展以來,各(ge)系高度重視(shi),積極準備,精心(xin)策(ce)劃。師(shi)生共(gong)同(tong)(tong)構思班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)主題,確定班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)內容(rong),認真(zhen)設計(ji)每一個環節,形(xing)成(cheng)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)方(fang)案。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)親(qin)自(zi)(zi)(zi)主持班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui),與(yu)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)們(men)親(qin)密(mi)互動,引導(dao)學(xue)生關(guan)注心(xin)理(li)健(jian)康,極大提升了心(xin)理(li)健(jian)康教(jiao)育(yu)主題班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)效(xiao)果(guo)。如(ru)劉(liu)勇(yong)老師(shi)召(zhao)開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)“情緒的(de)(de)(de)調節與(yu)管理(li)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui),擺脫了傳(chuan)統(tong)說教(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)模式(shi)(shi),采用(yong)了心(xin)理(li)劇表演、觀看心(xin)理(li)短(duan)片與(yu)師(shi)生交流相結合(he)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),深深地吸引住了同(tong)(tong)學(xue)們(men)。欒金志(zhi)老師(shi)召(zhao)開(kai)“陽(yang)光心(xin)態伴我成(cheng)長(chang)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui),通過自(zi)(zi)(zi)由討論、互動游戲、歌唱等形(xing)式(shi)(shi)提升了同(tong)(tong)學(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)參與(yu)熱(re)(re)情,達到預期效(xiao)果(guo)。殷巖峰老師(shi)組織的(de)(de)(de)“讓陽(yang)光照進(jin)心(xin)扉(fei)”班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)走出(chu)教(jiao)室,來到學(xue)院小西湖(hu)邊,以輕松(song)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi)(shi)與(yu)同(tong)(tong)學(xue)暢(chang)談,引發同(tong)(tong)學(xue)共(gong)鳴(ming),提升同(tong)(tong)學(xue)們(men)對心(xin)理(li)健(jian)康教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)認知(zhi)。同(tong)(tong)學(xue)們(men)紛紛表示(shi),這種班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)是以往較少接觸的(de)(de)(de),傳(chuan)達的(de)(de)(de)知(zhi)識與(yu)理(li)念易(yi)于接受,提高了同(tong)(tong)學(xue)們(men)對心(xin)理(li)健(jian)康的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)注度,增強(qiang)了同(tong)(tong)學(xue)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)理(li)素質,掀(xian)起了關(guan)注心(xin)理(li)健(jian)康的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)潮。
